The first architecture of OMNIA was in Greece, but pivoted in Switzerland as I hosted my first immersions and began decoding the hidden architectures of human performance. It later achieved its first consolidated form on the global stage of Dubai.
OMNIA evolved with me, and through that global synthesis, its true purpose emerged. Recognizing that strategic brilliance is a downstream effect of a regulated nervous system and a coherent state of being, I calibrated OMNIA. Signifying 'Everything' in Latin and 'A Wish' in Arabic, it is a dream anchored into a method, designed to support the whole human system behind the legacy.”

Ines Da Silva Costa is a Biological Engineer, strategic advisor, and specialist in energy calibration. With a Master of Science from IST Lisbon and ETH Zurich and a decade of experience navigating the complexities of the global biopharmaceutical sector—including award-winning leadership at Novartis Switzerland—she applies a rigorous analytical lens to the mechanics of high performance.
Her background is defined by a deep synthesis of systemic disciplines, including training at the Hellinger School in Germany. Drawing on a dedicated meditation practice since 2010 and specialized work in bioenergetics since 2020, she bridges the gap between systemic coherence and strategic execution. Now based in Dubai, Ines serves a global cohort of high-achievers and organizations, resolving generational loyalties to restore the energetic sovereignty required for uncompromising results.
